A rather delayed Christmas miracle was known to the world recently. Coming from New York, a cat named Muji was rescued at the LaGuardia Airport by the Queens Lost and Found Pets.
Muji was deemed missing on Christmas last year. She had escaped at the airport. All the details were shared about the feline to the Lost and Found page, who then made a post and shared it on it. The woman also specified that one should not chase her at all costs. She asked anyone who finds it to click the cat’s photo and send it to the number given.
Recently, the lost and found authorities found her stuck on a ceiling.
It was later found out that the missing cat belonged to a woman named Taylor Le. While travelling, the security personnel had asked her to take Muji out of the carrier as they were not provided with a private screening area. When they both passed through the metal detector, the feline got startled and ran towards the maintenance room, climbed up the ceiling and never came down.
With a lot of efforts, the authorities were able to rescue her.
Both the above-posted posts went viral for all the right reasons. Netizens wanted to start 2021 on a positive note after the disastrous year 2020 has been. This rescue story was perfect to bring a smile to their faces. “So happy to see this news. Thank you for updating us,” one user said. Many others were so happy that they shared heart-eyed emojis.
