Dublin Airport staff bowled over after toilet shows up in lost and found
Dublin Airport staff were bowled over when a TOILET showed up in the lost and found.
The loo was dumped on the departures road after being left behind by a clumsy visitor.
An urn with someone’s ashes inside was also left astray in the airport’s departures lounge, the Irish Sun reports.
It is thought the jacks was taken out of a car to make room for luggage, before the forgetful owner drove off and left it behind them.
But the toilet wasn’t the only weird object to end up in the airport’s lost and found.
Other items include a headstone, a marriage certificate, a collapsible walking stick, an exhibition stand and a motorbike tax disc.
A Dublin Airport lost and found spokeswoman told the paper: “Many strange things have ended up in our lost property. Read more Dublin Airport lost property
“The list changes slightly from season to season so for example, during the winter months we see a lot of gloves and ski equipment.
“We have lots of passports which are reunited with owners where possible.”
