The Allegheny County Airport Authority is holding a vehicle and equipment auction to dispose of its used property on Saturday, Nov. 7.
There are about 20 vehicles and dozens of plows, tractor parts, air compressors and other equipment up for sale, as well as various personal items such as boxes of clothes, watches, toys and a “wide selection” of televisions.
The auction begins at 10 a.m. at Pittsburgh International Airport lost and found in the Airport Heavy Equipment Building on Cargo Road. Doors open at 8:30 a.m.
Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. There will be a 15 percent buyer’s premium with 5 percent waived for cash or check purchase. Payment must be made in full. Buyers must remove the purchase from the airport’s property within a week.
