I had a flight from Istanbul to Dubai on Jan 19 at 00:25. Since I was moving to Dubai for a new job, I had 5 pieces of luggages. While I was checking in, 3 pieces of my luggages were filling my allowed kg limit. I asked to check-in girl to help me for my remaining 2 luggages. She asked me to put them on the lift and then accepted them and gave me luggage tags. I thanked her and flied to Dubai. When I arrived to Dubai, I couldn't receive 2 luggages. At that time, I realized that the check-in girl in Istanbul recorded my 2 extra luggages to another passanger`s name. These 2 luggages are the ones that I couldn't receive in Dubai. I went to dnata office in Dubai airport but they said that they cant create lost report because the luggage tags doesn't belong to my name. |
