My denture/partial was in the side pocket of my suitcase which I planned to carry on with me but as I was boarding the plane my luggage was taken from me and was put with everyone else's luggage. It had to have been lost from the time it was put with everyone else's to the time I picked it up from luggage pick-up. I checked "do not know" because the option I need is not listed. The airport was Rome, Ciampino (CIA) which is not listed, so I picked another because it was mandated I had to.???? |
