Our original flight was from Dallas Fort Worth Airport
(DFW) to (CDG) on 13/06/2023. Our departure was at 3:40 PM with a connecting flight from (CDG) to (FCO)
on 14/06/2023 departing CDG at 9 am on flight number 1104 to FCO arriving at 11:35 am. We waited at the baggage claim for over an hour. Another passenger had trackers in their luggage and they said that the luggage was still in Paris. We called Air France multiple times and put a claim in. The system keeps saying that they don�t know where our bags are according to Air France�s tracking system for our luggage tags. It is now 1:41 pm on 15/06/2023 and we�re leaving on a cruise tomorrow afternoon. All 3 of our bags have red luggage tags. We are currently stay at atheist Westin Excelsior in Rome.
