On 02/25/23, my children Luca Silvestrin (10 years old) and Giovanna Silvestrin (7 years old) and I left Miami Airport (USA) for S�o Paulo Guarulhos (BRA), with a stopover in Medelim (Colombia). Flight 321 (Miami- Medelim) and Flight 461 (Medelim-Guarulhos).
We had our luggage lost.
The company responsible was Viva Air, which did not give us any assistance, neither at the airport nor afterwards. On the 27/02th, the company released a statement saying that operations are suspended.
I would like to locate the luggage, as they are important items for me, including a controlled-use medicine of very high value. |
