I left my cabin case (silver trolley) at Security . Some passengers jumped the queue and I had only a little space with my husband trying to put things in 2 trays. Somebody may have
taken my case down again so that it stood there.
I did not collect the case at the end of the belt in my opinion, since I had to help my husband whose tray full with money and things was taken away by staff and I had to help him get his belt on and collect the money in a rush.
When I noticed in the business lounge that my cabin case was gone, we went back to SECURITY to get it, as boarding at 13.35 was delayed by one hour at least, but we were not allowed in to retrieve the cabin case and the woman in charge was very unfriendly.
Inside the silver ( I think Samsonite) case was the following: 1 straw hat, a red medicine case with a pair of scissors inside, a pair of new ladies summer shoes in a beige box, a beige silk bag with telephone and I pad cable, 1 black velvet embroidered bag,1 black and gold shopping bag,1 black bag with a zip,paper bag with cookies, 1brown handbag,
The case looks similar to the one on the picture with round corners, but not with the motiv in the centre. |
