Bluish Green Small Carry On Bag with AirTran Elite Tag attached to handle was placed on rack below wheel chair seat. Car was parked in handicap area in West Garage on same level as Street you cross when exiting baggage claim. I think the concrete column was marked E7. Bag contained shoes with custom orthopedic lifts for arches. Also contained some jewelry, clothes and possibly makeup. |
