Date property lost 25 May 2023. Reported in Heathrow airport lost and found as could not do this as noticed missing laptop when flight was about to leave for London and staff suggested I reported loss at landing airport which I did. Have received no information back. As loss or theft took place within the security area I believe this is an incident that must be investigated further. It is very disquieting that no reply has been received from Frankfurt other than a number stating that case as still active: |
