Checked my luggage in at Cebu Mactan airport , and was informed by the clerk that my luggage would go all the way to DRC _ Goma , even though i am transiting through Dubai and changing airlines . I travalled emirates EK 338 and landed at terminal 3 DXB , I proceeded to the transfer desk DNATA whereby i received my onward boarding tickets and informed my luggage would follow . I proceeded & took Ethiopian flight ET613 to Addis Abas , followed by ET 831 ( Addis Abas to Goma DRC) my suitcase did not arrive , I submitted and completed numerous forms reporting luggage missing - As of today my luggage is still missing |
