I left it in the overhead bin, the hammock/straps were intertwined with the hiking boots which were tied together. I was sitting in 18A. |

I spoke with Bryn, a flight attendant from the same flight, who said he had handed them to a ground staff member and that they would be brought to baggage services desk for Jetstar.
Boots are Solomon brand
Hammock (in a bright green pouch) and straps (in a black pouch) are Madera Brand Hammocks, printed on the outside of the green pouch.
I have been in contact with the Auckland Baggage Services team and they are telling me that it is not in their office, and they're waiting on a response from the other office?
No reward info, I will be seeking compensation for these items if they do not materialize because after they were left in the overhead bin they were in the airlines possession per a Jetstar employee so I am completely stumped as to how they could've gone missing unless they went home with someone else or got chucked in the trash. |
