Hi
I checked in with my luggage for my flight VY6334 Barcelona-Milan, Malpensa but then I missed my flight. I tried to find my luggage but the customer service in the airport advised me that the luggage would be in Milan
Then I bought new ticket for the flight FR6365 Barcelona-Milan, Bergamo on the same date but I couldn�t inquire lost luggage office in Italy as I arrived in another airport (In Bergamo and the luggage should be in Malpensa)
Malpensa airport advises us that the luggage can e in Barcelona. We tried to contact airline company but it was not possible to reach any live operator. I�ve send the email with all documents but no answer at all |
