The purse was placed in cargo hold as demanded by flight stewardess. When my husband retrieved our suitcases, he did not grab the purse. Realizing that it had been left behind, we immediately returned to the plane and explained the situation, but the gate attendant was not sympathetic, and refused to either search the compartment or allow me to return to the plane. She further stated that it had been taken? Not at all sure how she knew this, but that is the situation. We arrived from Rome to Barcelona on flight #6342. We have reported los to the lost and found and were treated much better there than at the gate. |
