In KLM business lounge. Was found by fellow passenger who passed it to staff. Purser on flight called and emailed business lounge to ask if they would keep it for us to collect on return journey on 21/4/23. They said they would but staff on duty yesterday knew nothing about it and said probably sent to lost and found but it was closed. |
