LAX Terminal 1 TSA pre-check screener. I put the passport into one of the dishes to go through the Xray scanner. After the scanner I was rearranging my possessions while they were still on the Belt and I did not find my passport. I notified Personnel on duty and I looked and they looked and it was not found. It's either in that machine or someone picked it up accidentally but I do not recall other people being close enough to pick it up by accident. |

It was loose it was not in any container. It was a thin replacement passport which I had gotten in the last month in Madrid Spain |
