The jewelries were kept in the hand luggage and the Virgin Atlantic Official on duty offered to get it checked in, and we obliged because we thought that the baggage was locked and could not be tampered so easily but surprisingly it was opened and the jewelries were stolen. I have attached a picture of the bag for your review and investigation. |
