My wife, Jessica Fornoville came back from Lanzarotte to Belgium, Carleroi, with flight FR8175 from Ryan air.
A lot of things went wrong, especially with er luggage. She had to wait a long time in que and was only helped at the last minute.
Now, het suitcase has not arrived in Belgium. Problem is that the airline responsible, did not put the baggage number on her ticket, so we have no idea about the tracking number.
We think the suitcase canl be at your airport with a label destined to Charleroi, Belgium. During check inn, there where a lot of passengers checking in for Madrid as well, maybe it got on the wrong plane.
It is a silver grey, full sized suitcase with an orang ribbon accrosss. If you need to know some of the contents, to make sure it is ours, inside will be 2 white throusers, 1 with silver, a very expensive electrish thout brush, a lot of special medication, jeans throusers, brown winter shoes, summer clothing, ... and a lot more.
Can you please check if it is still there, and if so, please organise with Ryan air Belgium to get it back to Charleroi ...
They all know about it, but I do not seem to be able to find a phone number to contact you, neither is the lost an found department in Charleroi.
Can you please contact airport Charleroi at number +32 71 25 14 38 to settle this? They already did send you an e-mail ... Or call me on my mobile phone +32 475 55 30 88. This is very important to us, as there are a lot of valuable belongings in that suitcase.
