My flight was last week - 2nd November 2023
The customs officers upset my travel bag as it exited the screening area spilling the contents and breaking my reading glasses ibn the process. My wallet, containing bank cards, driving licence and Justice of the Peace ID Card etc was obviously exited as well. I did not realize the wallet was missing until clearing customs in Auckland at approx. 4:40pm
I sent a text from Auckland on Nov 3rd advising my loss. No response! Please advise immediately if you can help this very distressed 82 year old!!! |
