Location Details I checked, at the cockpit, my knee scooter. It was red tag, I do have the number. Upon exiting the plane at Sea Tac the Scooter was at the off load ramp. All the settings had been changed to smaller and shorter, I assume to make the size more manageable. I did not notice in the moment and the flurry of the exit that the storage basket was missing. In order to change the setting size on the scooter for cargo storage, the basket most likely would have to have come off. The Scooter is a rental, due to a foot injury, and when I am finished with it it will be extraordinarily expense to replace!! The Flight originated in Tucson Arizona and landed Seattle Wa. 12-27-2016 Flight number is #641 Tucson to Seattle How soon can I hear back from you? Is there anything else, as an Alaska customer, I can do to research this topic? Thanks Scott Goodrich 206-650-4709
Additional Information The basket is oval, and silver metal. It has two rooks that attached it to the Knee Scooter. Size of basket I would estimate would be 12 In Wide, 8-10 inches deep.
