On a journey from Vietnam to Heathrow via Paris CDG. Arrived in Paris but our Flight to Heathrow today was cancelled so went to Air France desk at terminal 2E. The agent issued new tickets for flights to Heathrow via Amsterdam. At that time I had the passport. After that we got coffee and a snack in in the terminal. We had been given a hotel room by Air France because of the cancellation and went to find a transfer bus near terminal 2D. We couldn’t find a bus and went to get a taxi. I later found we had used an unofficial taxi and have no way to know which company it was. Later, this evening, at the hotel I discovered the passport missing and am now checking for it. The passport could have been lost at any point until now. |
