Hi
I am hoping you can help. My husband and I arrived into Ibiza on Monday 10th September. I realised I’d left our passports on the plane when I got to passport control but they wouldn’t let me go back to look.
I have logged it with GroundForce in Ibiza but I think the passports will have flew back. As I’m not sure where the plane went afterwards I don’t know how to find them. They were 100% on the plane as I needed them to board the plane at Manchester and can remember having them.
We were on the TOM2122, both sat in row 2A and 2B and I had left them in the little overhead storage right above the seat where the cabin crew put the life vests and they’re own bags etc, they were in a purple plastic A4 wallet with my confirmations.
We are due to fly back on Friday 21st, please can you offer any advise on how I can locate them?
