The cabin baggage was taken when boarding in Vienna because of the high number of passengers. When we arrived in London Heathrow there was no sign of my luggage and I was not able to fill in lost luggage report as the flight was delayed and I just made my flight to New York!! I have no clothes, car keystrokes and very annoyed! I am due back home yo Scotland on Tuesday. |
