My son put his case on a Ryanair flight as above, the case was intact. He collected it & the top of the case was burst open. He is now missing one football boot, a blue Adidas shoe size five & half. He had just purchased these boots one week ago at a cost of £130 to go a football tournament with his school. He is extremely upset that on his return he has a boot missing & a burst/ broken suitcase. |

The boot was in the case on check in, when he arrived at Liverpool John Lennon airport & collected his case broken. On returning home transported by myself & on opening the case, one boot is missing.
The boot is a blue adidas Predator with 3 white stripes |
