| Location Details |
My wife and I flew home today after our Highland holiday on Lufthansa flight LH2525 from Edinburgh to Munich.
We were at the security gate at around 9 a.m.
A security employee came to search my on-board bag. While searching my bag, he asked me if he could have my tablet tested. I agreed, of course, and he handed the tablet over to a colleague. He then continued to search my bag, packed some aftershave I had forgotten in a bag as instructed, finished the search, and wished us a safe journey. This made me think that he had put the tablet back in my bag. It was only when I wanted to use the tablet to read during the flight that I realized that it was no longer there. I suspect that the security employee himself had forgotten that he had given the tablet to his colleague, and I forgot to ask for it. |
| Additional Information |
It is an 11-inch tablet, brand SAMSUNG Tab9+ WiFi Graphite, in a black book cover, EAN number 8806095360836. There is a display protector on the screen.
I already had contact with your department A -L -F, but the lady there - Mrs. Tina Wilson - has not found anything.
I have already paid over 34 euros for this search. Despite the announcement, this fee has not yet been reimbursed.
Now I have to pay for this second search again. I hope that this fee will be paid back if the device is not found. |
