had transport and wheelchair. informed transporter that items where left on plane. she was a nice lady who tried to retrieve them for me but she said they would not let her back on the plane. she gave me written information on who to contact. have contact several departments, lax and Memphis airport. have gone to Memphis airport with negative results. (remember nice lady Cynthia went above and beyond to help me. I have glaucoma and limited income. please help me find my glasses and water bottle. thank you
