My son which is 14 years old, lost one of his AirPods Pro on the plane return from Athenes, there was a lot of turbulence, he was sitting in 2Aband the hostess said that they were going to help find it after the plane landed but nothing. They were rude with him cause there was a prisoner that had to be taken by the police so they said that he had to get off the plane quickly. He was crying and he called me, I was in Athenes so I couldn�t help him, I passed me the phone to a police officer so I could explain the situation, and he went to the hostess to help my son. Nobody could help cause they had to close the plane. |

He has just bought his new AirPods Pro 280� for his birthday and good report examens. He can not use them anymore without the second one. Please help use find it. He went to the lost and found office in Brussels but nobody and the office closed. I didn�t send anything before cause I tried to call several times and but no answer. |
