We boarded our original scheduled flight at Terminal 2- gate 68. We had to deplane and change planes after a 5 hour delay and go from gate 68 to gate 35 for our flight from JFK to Phoenix.
When it came time to get onto the new plane everyone was very anxious to get on board and I left this jacket on the seat at gate 35. I have been vacationing and not had access to extended internet to file this claim. |
