I was on Lufthasana UA9667, operated by Discover Airlines as 4Y081 departing MCO (9:00pm 12/23) arriving MUC 1:11+1. I was in seat 10K and left an ipad (with a light purple case) in the pocket on the side. I was notified on Jan 7, 2026, that my device had been found, but I have not been able to get any further response as to how to get it back.

I have sent about 20 emails, including pictures and requesting a reference number so that I could send a courier to pick it up and get it shipped back to me. I have attached a picture of the case, which I feel like is the best way to identify it, but the device is an Apple Ipad, 10.2" in the light purple case. When turned on, it should have a message that the ipad is lost and to call me at 9154331030.
