Large black slazenger suitcase, red and yellow ribbons on the case.
We have made a report when we arrived in Istanbul. The flight that we checked it in for was cancelled. We were told that it would be automatically transferred to our new flight with Aegean airways flight A3609 and that we needed to claim it in Athens and recheck it in for the sky express flight GQ670 to Istanbul. It never arrived in Athens so we tried to make a claim in Athens but were told we had to do it in Istanbul. |
