The items were accidentally left in the pouch of the seat. My seat number on the flight was 42K. The flight was from Atlanta, and landed at Gate 5 in Schipol. I went to the Lost and Found within 30 minutes of disembarking. The customer service rep (a lady) called for help twice. She was told to call back in ten minutes, which she did. She was later told it was too busy to go back on the plane to retrieve my items. I waited at Gate F6 for my next flight on KL589 to Accra at 3:20 pm. |
