I lost my luggage at check-in. The lady at the 2nd business class counter, her name was MOUNA, asked me to put 2 pieces of luggage at the same time, the small one in parallel, since the suitcase I lost is small and a large red one next to it, she only put the check-in tag on the red one but not the small one and moved them forward on the chain with the other luggage. |
