Hello, I have a flight (reservation code 6QITJF) from Nice to Frankfurt, transfering in Amsterdam.
My flight from Nice to Frankfurt was delayed for almost 4 hours and I missed my transfering flight and got rebooked on another flight LH0999. After we landed, all of our check-in bags are missing, we filed a claim request to Lufthansa Airline and they have been able to locate 4 out of 5 bags at Amsterdam Airport. The last one is still missing with baggage number KL858416 under name Nguyen Ngoc Ha My, the baggage is from brand Samsonite, rose gold color.
Because the other baggages I lost were in Amsterdam so the last one should be there also as they were in the same batch. |
