I am writing you because our daughter forgot her pencil case in the front seat pocket on board Emirates flight EK 062 from Hamburg to Dubai on 20 December. Her seat was 59E. All four family members next to each other.
We went straight to Lost & Found in Dubai airport when we noticed the loss soon after having left the plane. The plane would not yet have been cleaned and therefore the Lost items would not have arrived in your Lost & Found office when we asked for the pencil case.
We hope you have it in your possession and we can come and collect on Friday 4th of January. |
