On flight Viena-Paris -Mexico

When I come to Mexico city I didn't receive my luggage.My luggage was stuck in Paris.and I think they make security control.
Because, after few days when I recieve the luggage the lock was opened,all clothes was mixed and box with jewerly missed,but one earing from that box I founded between clothes.
I think during security control they lose my box with jewerly.
Please can you try to check it.
