ON Board CX 256 OCT 30 from Heathrow to Hong Kong.The phone was on the seat with my handicapped son. Seat number 30K. I think it fell between the two seats while we were asleep.
The phone is gold samsung but in a black folding protective case.
I went to the Cathay Pacific counter at Hong Kong airport and the lady there made a call and gave me the reference number. BUL 30633
