We entered the SkyTeam VIP Lounge at Vancouver International Airport for our flight to Mexico City. The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7:00 a.m., then it was changed, later canceled, and finally rescheduled to depart at 7:00 p.m.
While we were at the SkyTeam VIP Lounge at Vancouver International Airport, and shortly before boarding the aircraft, I forgot my carry-on bag inside the lounge.
The bag is a children-style backpack, metallic blue in color, with pink straps, from the brand Chloé.
Since that moment, I have been in contact with the airline, and I was told that they would contact the SkyTeam Lounge in Vancouver. However, they have informed me that the bag has not been found. I believe that there may not have been proper communication with the lounge.
I need to know the status of my backpack, as a family member will be traveling tomorrow and could bring it back to me. The backpack contains personal belongings and was my carry-on luggage.
