I had a flight from Zurich to Mumbai via Paris. The Flight from Zurich to Paris was operated by Air France (AF1415) and from Paris to Mumbai it was operated by Jet Airways (9W123). My luggage was booked from zurich to mumbai but it never reached mumbai. I have raised complaint to Jet airways through complaint number BOM9W31997 and now they stopped responding to our request. We were last told that there were many bags which left stranded at paris international airport and now no one is responding to our queries. My baggage tag is AF580378.
